Open Position: Operations Manager (Retail Beverage F&B Industry)
A Retail Beverage F&B Company is currently hiring an Operations Manager and be based in the Selangor Head Quarter office.
Key responsibilities include:
- To be responsible for the entire operations of the F&B outlet
- Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers receive good service and quality of the beverages
- Drive improvement on the work SPOs, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements to achieve high quality standards
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
- Lead the F&B team based in different locations by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising the staff
- Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales
- Team player with good stakeholder and people management skills
