Open Position: Account Development & Relationship Director (Telco Solution Provider)

A reputable Telco Solution Provider is hiring Account Development & Relationship Director to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and address customer challenges by increasing business values and solving the underlying issues
• Analyse business performance and develop new solutions/opportunities to align to customer’s short and long-term business goals
• Manage the overall business P&L with direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals and determine annual profit goal through the budget process including detailed sales, direct contribution margin and expense budgets
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the high quality of service and project deliveries to customers
• Good experience working within the IT Solutions Industry with exposure supporting Telco-based customers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and present to the C-Suite stakeholders
