Open Position: Aftersales Sales Executive (MNC Transport Solution Company)
A MNC Transport Solution Company is looking for Aftersales Sales Executive to be based in Malaysia. Multiple positions available across Central/North/South/East Coast Malaysia/East Malaysia.
Key requirements include:
- Identify potential customers by going to the field and understanding the problems faced by them.
- Analyse contacts and arrange for meetings when there is a potential to sell workshop services to them.
- Create quotation tailored to solutions that will be provided to customers.
- Closing deals with customers and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Key account management by being the point of contact for all commercial demands.
- Degree in business or engineering.
- More than 3 years in sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written Malay and English.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Customer facing experience.
