A reputable Manufacturing Industry is hiring for Assistant Manager, IT Operations & Network to join them in their Perak Manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 7 years working experience with good exposure leading a small IT Operations & Infrastructure team providing 24×7 support
• Good technical experience in areas covering IT Desktop & Infrastructure, Network, Security and etc
• Work closely with Head of Department and Production Users to define the overall IT infrastructure support initiatives and solutions to support the Manufacturing production
• Manage the overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end-user satisfaction
• Having technical IT certifications such as AWS, Azure, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, RHEL and etc would be added advantage
• Good management skills with the ability to hire, lead and develop teammates
• Good planning, execution and stakeholder management skills
