Open Position: Buyer
An MNC technology and service provider is looking for a Buyer in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities and requirements that we are seeking for:
- Create PO from approved PR.
- Manage orders and delivery dates and lead times.
- Support AP for payment issues.
- Ensure quality is acceptable for all goods and services purchased.
- Strategize in sourcing plans.
- Help in negotiations for part and service pricing.
- Help in commercial requirements for contracts.
- Supplier management.
- Annual cost improvement, payment terms enhancement, inventory turns.
- Assist in project management.
- More than 2 years purchasing experience.
- Strong English skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in managing IT related commodities and services.
- Oracle ERP desired.
- Proven negotiation experience.
