Open Position: Chief Financial Officer (Public-Listed Company)
A Public-Listed Company is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in their Selangor office.
Key requirements include:
- Managing budgets, establishing policy, financial decision-making, controlling margins and debt, and making decisions about the company assets and resources.
- Planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
- Developing and maintaining a strategic financial plan and annual operating and capital budgets; financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions, and business development; revenue management; preparation of the financial statements.
- Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impacted operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent discipline is required.
- Certification as a chartered accountant required.
- More than 15 years of working experience with experience working in Public-listed company.
