Open Position: Contract Renewals Specialist (IT MNC Service Provider)
An IT MNC Service Provider company is currently hiring Contract Renewals Specialist to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office supporting APAC regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Having more than 2 years working experience as Renewals Specialist within IT-based industry servicing clients based out of Malaysia
- Manage the entire IT contract renewal process including notifying clients of upcoming contract expiration, presenting renewal proposals and executing appropriate agreements
- Proactively prepare, identify and help mitigate roadblocks at an early stage to ensure successful contract renewal processes and contract execution
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Finance team to gather information and support each other during the contract renewal process
- Focus to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth renewal contract process
- A team player with good presentation and stakeholder management skills
