Open Position: Costing Assistant Manager
A MNC manufacturing company is looking for Costing Assistant Manager to be based in Perak.
Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for:
- Lead the costing team on reporting activities related to global team and the Malaysia plant.
- Focal person for training the costing team.
- Review journals prepared by the team to ensure they are submitted accurately and on time.
- Working with Production, planning, etc to do forecasting activities.
- Provide advice to managers to help them develop budget and understand financial report.
- Perform product costing, overhead costing and product variances analysis.
- Track budget and provide financial highlight to monthly management reports for the Malaysia plant.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional Qualification in Accounting.
- At least 6 years experience in cost accounting and MNC manufacturing environment.
- Oracle and Hyperion skill is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and good communicator.
