Open Position: Demand Planning Manager (MNC Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company is looking for Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning activities to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Responsible to create forecast that is used in key decisions making to drive the business forward.
- Work with other head of departments to develop demand forecast that determines the shipment to customers in the future.
- The demand forecast will represent the closest estimate of customer demand.
- Perform analysis on historical data and events impact.
- Manage replacement of stock and inventory at the optimum level.
- Monitor customers’ order fulfilment rate.
- Provide information to supply planning department to ensure product availability.
- More than 5 years of working experience in demand planning function in the food and beverage manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical skills and strong stakeholder management.
