Open Position: Facilities Manager, Regional (MNC based Company)

An MNC based Company is currently hiring Facilities Manager, Regional to join the team and be based in the Selangor office. You will be responsible to manage the entire facility operations with more than 450 headcounts working in the office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 8 years working experience in Facilities Management department with over 2 years People Management experience leading a team
• Manage the entire office facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes
• Develop and implement office facility contract and maintenance management program to ensure operation running smoothly
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on the overall office environment and workplace safety
• Consistently compliance with the Environmental, Health & Safety legal, regulation, standards and etc from the HQ office and Government Regulations
• Lead and manage the Facilities Management team with ability grow and develop team members
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
