An MNC based Company is currently hiring Facilities Project Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 8 years working experience in Facilities Management department
• Manage the entire office facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes
• Develop and implement office facility contract and maintenance management program to ensure operation running smoothly
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on the overall office environment and workplace safety
• Consistently compliance with the Environmental, Health & Safety legal, regulation, standards and etc from the HQ office and Government Regulations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
