Open Position: Finance Reconciliation Specialist (Shared Services)
A reputable Shared Services Company is currently hiring for Finance Reconciliation Specialist to be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years working experience covering Finance Reconciliation Operations with experience supporting regional offices
- Involve in the reconciliation activities for the regional offices in line with the global standards set by the headquarter
- Work together with the team on management of risk and quality related to accurate reconciliation and details are provided in a timely manner
- Resolve or escalate issues to the relevant team or stakeholders across the regions
- Perform test and examination of the reconciliation processes in order to ensure compliance with global business standards
- Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
