An MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company is currently hiring Head, Manufacturing and Operations to lead the manufacturing plant and be based in Thailand.
Key requirements include:
- Oversee and lead effective production teams in manufacturing facilities in the region.
- A strategic person to device measures with sales team to ensure profitability for the company.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, in productivity, quality, inventory and safety.
- Experienced in manufacturing operations and business development.
- Leadership, communication and problem solving skills are key.
- Maintain good relationship with customers in the region.
- 15 years of working experience with more than 5 years of related experience.
- MUST be fluent in English, Thai and Japanese, both spoken and written.
