A MNC IT Company is looking for Head of Office Renovation in a contract role to be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur.

Key requirements:

• Responsible for planning for new space to cater for increasing headcount of up to 1000 employee.
• Responsible for overseeing renovation and moving in of new office space.
• Work with contractors and designers on design of the new space.
• Work with stakeholders to determine best design to cater for needs of employees.
• Property management activities after moving in.
• More than 10 years as Head of Renovation or Project delivering best in class office space.
• Renovation and construction in office buildings experience is a must.
• Able to manage budgets and manage uncertainties in the project.
• Excellent communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
