Open Position: Head of Operations Excellence, SEA (Regional Precision Manufacturing Company)
A reputable Regional Precision Manufacturing Company is looking for a competent Head of Operations Excellence, SEA to be based in Malaysia or Singapore.
Key requirements:
- Lead the business in all manufacturing plants in SEA, including manufacturing, engineering and sales.
- Implement World Class Manufacturing best practices and execute Operational Excellence plan.
- Lead all General Managers to meet business goals.
- Improve and ensure high operational performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Working Capital management and Employee experience.
- Deeply understand customer expectations and set procedures and standards across the plants to ensure a consistent delivery of products.
- Lead Continuous Improvement on processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Responsible for P&L of all the plants.
- Provide a strong leadership to local teams to ensure high sales growth and a motivated workforce.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with new customers.
- Minimum 20 years in Manufacturing environment with strong operations and sales background.
- Experience in precision manufacturing with strong background in Engineering and Quality.
- Proven track record of delivering World Class Manufacturing best practices for several plants.
- Proven track record in growing revenue profitability and improving operations.
- Possess strong business acumen, strategic and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must.
