Open Position: Head of Procurement and Sourcing (Security Solutions and Engineering Company)

An established Security Solutions and Engineering Company is looking for Head of Procurement and Sourcing to lead the Supply Chain team in the company based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

• Lead a team of procurement and logistics to support the Group’s business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders which include project team and sales team to execute procurement operations and cost savings.
• Good understanding of product knowledge to be able to make decisions during project execution and shortage of supply during project stage.
• Negotiate and manage vendors’ delivery time to ensure on time delivery to meet project schedule.
• Reporting to top management on activities of the team and cost savings achieved.
• Excellent communication skills to talk to different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Capable of contract negotiations.
• Proven track record of managing or leading a procurement team.
• Capable of scenario management, especially during critical operations.
