Open Position: Head of Sales & Acquisition, SEA Region (Payment Solutions Company)
A Payment Solutions Company is looking for Head of Sales & Acquisition to join their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible to lead the Sales and Acquisition activities across SEA regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good understanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and Financial Institution sectors covering both Software Application and Infrastructure would be added advantage
- Develop both short and long term sales strategies through customer acquisition & retention, business development, relationship building and after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites with measurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions to achieve sales results
- Implement efficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and data collections to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement, systems, processes and etc
- Being flexible to explore new business and partnership opportunities through product integrations and developing new business models
- Having an entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow the business towards profitability and achieving company goals
- Independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal and external Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-paced working environment
