Key Responsibilities include:
- To assist in performing data cleaning for the database
- Upload / update candidate details & client contact details
- To conduct online research on new industry/ new client company/ new job positions etc
- To conduct online research on candidate profile (Linkedin, Jobstreet, Monster etc.) based on role requirement (as per consultant advise)
- To conduct research on what are the most trendy Linkedin post/ any new idea for Social Media we could do for BTC as a company
- To conduct research on latest recruitment topic/ recruitment tech/ tools
- To assist director to follow up on any ad hoc office administrative relative work
- To assist in any office inventory purchase or maintenance work
- To assist consultant to format the candidate’s CV to BTC template
- To assist consultant to post job adverts on company website and job portal
- To work on projects/other tasks that will be assigned accordingly
