Open Position: IT Project Manager (Insurance)
One of the top leading insurer in Malaysia is looking for IT Project Manager to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Roles and Requirements:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery and implementation by engaging stakeholders to strategies, formulate and execute plans, adhering to quality standards
- Lead cross functional team to ensure projects meeting requirements, deadlines and schedules using Agile/Scrum SDLC
- Continually look to improve project management process to accommodate rapidly changing business needs
- Lead and facilitate change request to ensure stakeholders are informed on the impacts on schedule and budget
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate and solve challenges with different levels across diverse background to achieve productive solutions and outcomes
- Possess professional certification i.e. like PMP/Prince 2 and etc
- At least 13 years of experience in IT project management with life insurance experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to work in a team
