Open Position: ITIL Service Management Analyst (Mandarin Speaking)
A regional Shared Services in Malaysia is looking for ITIL Service Management Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) to join them in the KL office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard ITSM tool implementations (Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA and etc) with ServiceNow experience as an added advantage
- Good knowledge in ITIL process improvement methods, procedures, metrics development, documentation and reporting
- Capable of resolving IT service management and procedurally related conflicts, identifying alternatives, and providing solutions
- Demonstrates the desire to continue ITSM and ServiceNow process improvements through a detailed analysis of data, ticket trendings and inputs from users
- Able to work with all levels of management and IT Department while maintaining professional, efficient communication under tight timelines
- Good communication skills, passionate and enjoys working in a diverse team-based environment
- Able to converse in Mandarin would be added advantage to communicate with stakeholders based in China
