Open Position: ITIL Service Management Specialist


An MNC organisation in Malaysia is looking for ITIL Service Management Specialist to join them in the KL office.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard ITSM tool implementations (Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA and etc) with ServiceNow experience as an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in ITIL process improvement methods, procedures, metrics development, documentation and reporting.
  • Capable of resolving IT service management and procedurally related conflicts, identifying alternatives, and providing solutions
  • Demonstrates the desire to continue ITSM and ServiceNow process improvements through detailed analysis of data, ticket trendings and inputs from users
  • Able to work with all levels of management and IT Department while maintaining professional, efficient communication under tight timelines
  • Good communication skills, passionate and enjoys working in a diverse team-based environment
