Open Position: Java Team Lead (IT Solution Provider)
A reputable IT Solution Provider is currently hiring for Java Team Lead who has in depth knowledge of Java EE and ideally is very comfortable with leading small to medium sized teams of developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- At least 6 years relevant working experience in Java EE development
- Lead technical engagement and collaborate with Software Engineers and Project Team on business requirement, analysis, design, development, and testing of the products in support of business solutions
- Strong ability to analyse functional needs and drive the design for positive business outcomes; recommends solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and comply with corporate architectural standards
- Good working experience and familiarity with micro-service based architecture involving API Gateway, and REST services
- Good working experience in delivering product solutions within the Spring Framework and Agile environment
- Having experience working on product development used by Financial Institutions would be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and documentation experience, with an emphasis on explaining business/project requirements to customers and project teams
