Open Position: Junior Company Secretary (Remote Working in Malaysia)
A Singapore-based Consulting Firm is hiring Company Secretary to work remotely in Malaysia. You will be providing company secretarial services to clients located in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- In charge of all company secretarial tasks such as providing, supporting, managing, and administering secretarial practices in accordance with applicable law.
- Ensure secretarial records, registers and statutory books are maintained properly
- Prepare minutes of the meetings, board papers, circular resolutions.
- Work closely with external clients including stakeholders, bankers, auditors and etc covering operations and business-related matters
- Organise and coordinate all the Board, Board Committees and shareholders meetings efficiently.
- Having professional certification such as ICSA would be added advantage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working remotely in Malaysia with support from the Singapore office
