Open Position: Junior Software Development Manager, Design and Support (MNC Company)
A Payment Tech-based Company is hiring Junior Software Development Manager to join the team and be based in their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be managing a small Software Development team to manage the different product-based applications using C# and .Net programming.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the project deliveries, timelines and involve in the end-to-end software development lifecycle including system testing and performance according to test plans
- Experience in designing, supporting and troubleshooting web-based application products as well as system solutions
- Good experience using any of programming languages such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, Microservices as well as database such as MSSQL, MYSQL and etc
- Lead the Software Development team to understand both business and functional requirements to determine project scopes and specifications
- Provide good leadership and technical directions for reporting issues and escalations from users
- Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
