One of the key player in E-commerce platform is looking for Key Account Manager to join them in their KL office.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- More than 3 years of Key Account Management experience preferably face-paced environment, such as digital agency, technology start-up or e-commerce industry
- Manage a portfolio of key clients with focus on building long term relationship and ensuring profitable revenue growth
- Liaise with Key clients to plan pricing, assortment, stock availability, promotional and campaign activities to achieve sales goals
- Analyze sales, traction, conversion and customer funnel to drive transaction and revenue performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues pertaining to client performance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with aptitude in relationship building with clients
- Good communication and presentation skills
