Open Position: Key Support Engineer (Global Equipment Provider Company)
A global equipment provider company is looking for Key Support Engineer to be based in Penang.
Key requirements include:
- Involved in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Regional exposure with responsibility to support internally and externally on service of machine.
- Give response to customer and regional calls quickly and consistently.
- Provide support to sales team and provide training to internal and external customers.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in servicing SMT equipments.
- Strong problem solving skills and basic project management skills.
- Required to travel on short notice.
