A reputable financial and investment management services looking for an adept and credible Corporate Finance Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key requirements include:

• Manage a qualified team providing excellent servicing to corporate stakeholders, and co-ordinate professionals involved in the corporate finance transactions.
• Facilitate in development of strategic initiative as well as managing due diligence processes.
• Responsible in preparing and offering key deal documents and submissions for the corporate finance transactions.
• Lead advisory and engage with several regulators on the processing of submissions for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank.
