Open Position: Manager, Finance & Compliance
A reputable financial services company looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Finance & Compliance Manager to lead a team to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
- Oversees whole team planning and perform relevant systems support.
- Manage and train a small but credible team in the system maintenance, processes, etc.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiative towards efficiency & effectiveness as required from time to time.
- Assess performance and deliver oversight to the work completed by team.
- Provide advisory on relevant processes, risk assessment & Conflict of Interest standards.
- Experience in business process management, compliance operational activities and creating SOPs, specifically in insurance or financial services industry.
