Open Position: Manager, Student Affair & Services (Higher-Education Industry)

A reputable Higher-Education Industry is currently hiring Manager, Student Engagement & Services to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the strategic and operational management for activities and services related to successful student recruitment, enrolment and etc
• Continuous collaboration with the various academic and support units to plan, develop and coordinate programs and services that assist students across all levels
• Consistently developing policies and strategies, and implementing them to enhance the student experience and student services
• Manage the overall provision of administrative services to provide effective services to students and ensure that all governance and compliance standards are maintained
• Ensure that accurate records of student attendance are being maintained and absences are being communicated to academic management in a timely manner
• Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders such as students, parents and etc
