Open Position: Manufacturing Manager (MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company is looking of Manufacturing Manager to lead the operation of the production based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Manage manpower arrangement in production line and ensuring production runs in a safe manner.
- Manage disciplinary issues of personnel in a unionized environment.
- Stakeholder management in supporting business needs in sales and marketing.
- Minimum Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Have experience managing a large group of people.
- Strong technical knowledge in related process.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage team and encourage teamwork.
- More than 10 years working experience in production or operation of heavy manufacturing plants. (Automotive, heavy equipment manufacturing is preferred)
