Position: Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support Consultant
A Multinational company is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support Consultant to be part of a global team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
• Providing support and assisting in maintaining in the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases via team viewer/phone
• More than 3 years Application Support experience working with Dynamics NAV and / or D365 Business Central
• Project tasks including requirement gathering/analysis, design, documentation development, testing and training
• Capable problem solver, who is able to rapidly and independently produce solutions
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Understanding of business processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
