Open Position: Office & Admin Manager
An MNC company is looking for Office & Admin Manager to join their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be leading a team of Office Administrators providing administrative duties for the local and regional offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office both locally and regionally to ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analysing variances and etc
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental and safety standards with high availability
- Good experience to develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Taking care of the office inventory, maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and etc with vendors / service providers
- Lead the Office & Admin team through recruitment, training and career development plans
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
