A software company is currently hiring Account Manager to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
• Resolve client complaints, address their concerns and maintain a positive relationship between the parties.
• Responsible for cooperating with the sales team to integrate and onboard new customers and strengthen current client relationships.
• To monitor market conditions and offer price and market strategy.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in related field.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
