A Financial Services Company is currently hiring Associate IT Operation Engineer to be join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Degree holder in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- Operate and maintain fundamental technological infrastructure, undertake performance management and analysis to detect problems and hazards, and provide recommendations for improvement or optimization
- Ready to work shifts and available for on-call during weekends and holidays
- Participate in imitating incidents or difficulties in order to discover problem-solving solutions
- Technically proficient on one or two operating systems such Windows, Linux, Unix, etc
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving abilitities
