We are looking for IT Recruiter to join us on Freelancing engagement basis.

Key requirements include:

• Good experience recruiting and sourcing for IT Technical roles covering any of the IT disciplines: Cyber Security, Networking, Software Engineering and etc
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
• Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn
• A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
• Ability to multi-task and thrives working in a dynamic, high-change environment
