Open position: IT Recruiter (Permanent)

An MNC Tech Company is looking for IT Recruiter to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

1. 1-3 years working experience as technical talent acquisition or experience recruiting for IT Talents covering Software Engineer
2. Work closely with hiring manager to identify the key hiring requirements
3. Strategically source active and passive candidates using in-house software and external sourcing tools including job portals
4. Involve with the overall interview process including organize and manage meetups and events
5. Interact closely with senior management both locally and oversea covering recruitment activities
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
