A Legal Firm company is currently hiring IT Support Specialist to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures in other computer-related systems and applications.
• Monitor and oversee all activities to ensure availability and expected performance of all internal systems.
• Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications.
• Having professional IT certifications in Microsoft would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
