An IT service provider is currently Lead, Salesforce Technical to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or etc
• Implementing a culture of continuous improvements within the Customer Management Systems team.
• Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements.
• Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for Salesforce application design, support, and practice development efforts.
• Having 6 years or more of working experience with Salesforce development would be an added advantage.
• Must possess leadership quality to lead a team.
