Open position: Logistic Sales Manager

A well-known logistic company is looking for Sales Manager to join them in their Selangor office.

Responsibilities & requirements include:

1. Leading sales teams to reach sales targets & expand customer base with a strategic sales plan
2. Primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
3. Day-to-day staff management and development including recruitment, hiring, performance coaching that drive sales
4. Wiling to travel within Malaysia.
5. Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
6. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin languages would be an added advantage.
7. Good in organizational skills, time management and multitasking skills
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
