Open Position: Technical Engineer, Voice & Network (IT Service Provider)

An IT service provider is currently Technical Engineer, Voice & Network to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Possess any education level or working experience in Engineering field.
• Attend to customers’ technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers’ satisfaction covering Voice & Network product issues.
• Involve in troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration and etc for Voice and Network products.
• Having experience in Virtualization, Server and network infrastructure: Linux RedHat, TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS.
• Having IT certification such as CCNA, ITIL and etc would be added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
