Open Position: Technical IT Support Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)

An MNC IT service provider is currently Technical IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• A degree in Fintech, Information Technology or Telecommunications or any relevant experience.
• Involve in IT projects and execution of ongoing regional support projects.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support covering IT Network, Infrastructure via phone call, remote connection and etc
• Develop training/development plans and conduct IT trainings to regional customers.
• Having Network Certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network or etc would be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
