Open Position: Packaging Technician (Integrated Logistics Services Company)
An Integrated Logistics Services Company is looking for Packaging Technician to lead maintenance activities to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Responsible for packaging operations and maintenance of packaging lines for repacking of petrochemical resins.
- Perform preventive maintenance on packaging lines by working together with contractors.
- Support on technical enquiries from customers on packaging solutions.
- Commissioning of new equipment and liaising with contractors on electrical, instrumentation and control system.
- Troubleshoot on packaging machines.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, including identification and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors on mechanical and electrical related problems and breakdowns.
- Develop SOP on packaging and maintenance activities.
- Degree in Electrical/Automation or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience in maintaining packaging lines in cement, flour or fertilizer industry.
- Hands on experience in Beumer and W&H machines.
- Team player and strong problem solving skills.
