Open Position: Procurement Manager (MNC Shared Services)

A MNC Shared Services Company is looking for Procurement Manager to support regional activities to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key requirements:

• Manage whole spectrum of sourcing and tendering for all categories related to the business.
• Manage tender activities and ensuring cost savings to meet KPIs that has been agreed with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on comparison of proposals in terms of schedules, costs, etc.
• Support on continuous improvement of procurement policies and propose improvement plans.
• More than 5 years of sourcing experience or procurement experience.
• Experienced in procurement tools.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience of people management.
• Independent and is able to work closely with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
