Open Position: Procurement Specialist (MNC IT Services Company)
A MNC IT Services Company is looking for Procurement Specialist to join their young and energetic team in Kuala Lumpur.
Key requirements include:
- Involved in the monitoring of procurement processes and continuously improve on them.
- Manage purchase requisition from internal clients and process them.
- Ensure materials procured are up to standard in terms of quality and following specifications.
- Keep vendor database always up to date.
- Manage creation of new vendor in the system.
- Weekly procurement reporting.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- More than 3 years experience in procurement in the IT services category.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and policies.
- Experienced evaluating bids for goods and services purchased.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and work closely with people of different nationalities.
