Open Position: Project Manager (IT Company)
An IT Company is looking for Project Manager (IT Company) with proven experience delivering Software or Mobile Development projects within an Agile environment to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Proven experience delivering Software or Mobile Development projects within an Agile environment
- Great people management skills; the ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with geographically distributed teams and interfacing with a range of global and regional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to form and maintain successful working relationships at the C-level
- Ideally experienced with a range of software and Agile project delivery methodologies
- Good understanding of mobile software engineering principles, best practices, and approaches
- Familiar with software architecture and design patterns and approaches, including micro-services architectures, service orientation, API-led development
- Demonstrable experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly emerging requirement
