Open Position: Quality Manager (MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Heavy Manufacturing Company is looking of Quality Manager to lead the quality department based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Manage a large team of quality to ensure quality management system of the company is maintained and followed.
- Lead development and implementation of SOP to support quality processes in the company.
- Manage quality internal audits and review findings of the audits.
- Lead a team of inspectors to ensure quality of materials going to customer is following specifications and standards.
- Lead discussions with customers whenever there are complaints of product quality.
- Minimum Degree in Engineering.
- More than 8 years leading a quality team in heavy manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Familiar with ISO9000 and quality management system.
- Technically strong in related products.
- Experience managing a large team.
- Excellent leadership skills.
