Open Position: Regional Sales and Operations Manager (MNC Transport Solution Company)
A MNC Transport Solution Company is looking for Regional Sales and Operations Manager to be based in Kuantan or East Malaysia.
Key requirements include:
- Managing part of West Malaysia and whole of East Malaysia to meet customer needs and business targets including profitability.
- Work closely with workshops to drive activities to sell services to customers in the region covered.
- Plan daily operations and create a result and customer oriented mindset in the teams.
- Act as representative for the region and showing company’s presence, interfacing with customers.
- P&L responsibility for all the workshops in the region.
- This is a senior manager position that requires great leadership skills.
- Higher education in Business Management or equivalent.
- A good understanding of business and how it is run.
- Leadership experience in senior position, preferably in heavy vehicle or B2B industry.
- Willing to travel heavily between West and East Malaysia and within East Malaysia.
- Ability to plan tasks of teams with minimum guidance.
