Open Position: Sales and Service Engineer, Remote Work (Leader in Wire Harnessing Company)
A leader in wire harnessing machines is looking for a competent Sales and Service Engineer to be based remotely in Penang.
Key requirements include:
- Respond to maintenance and repair from customer site on wire harnessing machines.
- Execute installation and commissioning of new machines at customer site.
- Give training to customer on new machines installed.
- Serve existing customer and upsell on services and products during servicing.
- Achieve sales target for new products, spare parts and services.
- Prepare quotations and be the customer facing person for all projects related.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- More than 5 years in servicing wire harnessing machines.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ready to travel within Northern region of Malaysia.
- Customer focused attitude.
- This position is based remotely, and will attend to customer when required or on appointment basis.
