Open Position: Senior Finance Manager (Regional MNC IT Software Company)
A regional MNC IT Software company is looking for Senior Finance Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office. You will be responsible to lead the Finance Team to manage the finance operations for the regional offices in SEA regions.
Key requirements include:
- Manage accounting activities and lead the team to comply with relevant laws and standards.
- Timely completion of accounting activities for the group.
- Advise on financial matters and impact of laws to the operation of the company.
- Monthly closing and consolidation of group results.
- Reporting to management and executive meetings.
- Half year budget preparation.
- Review projects and percentage of completion on long term projects.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, legal office for company matters.
- Experience from Audit & Finance background, with experience working in an IT company as an added advantage.
- Well versed in accounting standards (MFRS, IFRS) and policies.
- Chartered accountant.
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
