Senior Manager, Strategic Growth & Partnership
A fintech technology company is looking for Senior Manager, Strategic Growth & Partnership to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible for managing and growing the channel partner regional across the APAC region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with regionally product delivery teams to create and manage programs/initiatives/features throughout sales life cycles
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management team to identify and track opportunities, gaps, and requirements for different countries
- Consistently identify, target and drive engagement to acquire new merchants, partners, and market segments regionally
- Delivering high-quality channel partnering experience and the operational processes needed to support including onboarding, performance metrics, and activity levels
- Participate in other strategic initiatives, process improvements, business relationships, and cross-functional projects to deliver results
- Having an entrepreneurial & business mindset mentality to grow the business regionally would be added advantage
- Good communication, organisational and project management skills, plus the ability to work effectively with teams
